What sort of websites do you work on?

We do simple websites for small concerns—typically UK charities, clubs, associations, churches and small businesses. We don’t work on very complicated websites; we tend to keep things simple and easy because that’s what our clients like and that’s all our clients need.

How does it work?

Simple! You tell us about the charity, association, club or small business that you want to set up a site for. We can discuss your requirements and make a recommendation about what would be right for you. When we’ve agreed this, we will mock up a website so that you know how it will look. Then you just supply us with the text and pictures you would like to put on the pages we’ve created for you. You can send us your material by email and then we’ll take care of the technical stuff.

How much does it cost?

There’s a sample list of packages and prices available for download on this website. The price depends upon how big the website is and whether you want it updated regularly or just occasionally. We’re confident that our prices are very competitive - just contact us if you’d like to discuss something that isn’t covered on the sample list.

Can you provide me with email addresses?

All our packages include email facilities to go with your website.

Who chooses the text and pictures that go on my website?

You do! We ask that you send us your copy and photos via email—then you can just sit back and relax while we upload them onto your site.

How long does it take for you to set up my website? How long does it take for you to update it?

We usually set up your website within a couple of weeks, although this will depend upon your specific needs. We will usually update your website within a few days of receiving your copy via email.

What will my website be called?

We will discuss with you which website address and domain (eg: webagent.co.uk) would be best for your site. Once we’ve agreed this with you, we will order the site for you.

How will my website look?

We’ll set something up based on your preferences around colour, layout and so on. We’ve put a few sample websites up here so you can have a look and get some ideas.

Can I be very specific about exactly how the website will look?

Our service is for basic website designs and templates and we aren’t a fully fledged webdesign company charging many hundreds—or even thousands— of pounds for an elaborate design. Nevertheless we are confident we will be able to get you something you are happy with and will mock up a website for you so you can see what it will look like.

I’d like a password protected area on the website that only my members can access. Is that possible?
